End User License Agreement

Effective September 3, 2026

Agreement

This End User License Agreement applies to any BrowseOrbit software, browser integration, or related code made available to you with this agreement. It works together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By installing, accessing, or using the software, you agree to this EULA.

License grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, BrowseOrbit grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the software in object-code form for its intended personal use.

Restrictions

Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not:

  • copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the software;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive its source code;
  • remove legal notices, ownership marks, or security features;
  • modify the software or create derivative works from it; or
  • use the software in violation of law or the rights of another person.

Search and third-party services

The software may set or display a search page and may send queries to third-party search, autocomplete, analytics, or infrastructure providers. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. BrowseOrbit does not control or guarantee third-party content or availability.

Updates

We may provide updates, patches, replacements, or changes to maintain security, compatibility, or functionality. Some updates may install automatically where your device or distribution platform allows it. This EULA applies to updates unless a separate agreement accompanies them.

Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. BrowseOrbit and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, including intellectual-property rights not expressly granted in this EULA.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you materially breach this EULA. When the license ends, you must stop using and uninstall the software and delete copies under your control. You may end the agreement at any time by uninstalling and ceasing use.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. BrowseOrbit does not warrant uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of search results. BrowseOrbit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the software or third-party services.

Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA as the software or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. If you do not agree to a material update, stop using and uninstall the software.
